

水泵过流件的防海水腐蚀性能一直是舰船设备上比较关注的重要课题,有关科研院(所)专家以及各设备制造厂也一直致力于该方面的研究。顺达公司也不例外地在这方面寻求有所突破。通过努力,顺达公司在船用水泵上已应用一项可靠的防腐新技术——中国科学院金属研究所的最新科研成果SEBF重腐蚀防护技术。
顺达公司在泵过流件内应用SEBF重腐蚀防护技术,即在泵体内流道、泵盖内壁、叶轮流道表面上喷涂SEBF系列涂层,覆盖防腐性能较弱的基体,达到防腐的目的。
SEBF是熔融结合环氧涂层技术的代名。该技术包括涂料、涂装工艺和涂装设备三方面。

Thanks to our efforts, Shunda Company has applied a reliable new anticorrosion technology on marine pumps --- SEBF severe corrosion prevention technology --- the latest achievement in scientific research of Institute of Metal Research under Chinese Academy of Sciences
Shunda Company applies SEBF severe corrosion prevention technology on wet parts of pump for corrosion prevention, if spray SEBF series coating on the surface of passages in pump, in wall of pump cover and impeller passage to cover the base material with poor anticorrosion property.
SEBF is for super epoxy bond fusion technology. This technology includes paint, painting process and painting equipment.

4. 稳定的电绝缘性,降低阴极保护电流。

5. 耐化学介质腐蚀,对CI- 有很好的抗蚀性。

6. 涂层与钢结构热膨胀系数很相近,耐冷热变化好。
